Tickets are $20 and go straight to covering supplies for a 40-hour brisket that’s been marinating for 10, smoking for 15, and resting for another 15 until it’s pure magic. On the side, we’ll have slow-cooked beans, a vegetarian seitan-and-bean option for $15, and wood-fired cabbage steaks that hit just right. For those feeling extra hungry, there’s a limited wood-fired ribeye option for $40. Come hungry, bring your own drink, and be ready to post up by the fire.
